Nicastros have been in the real estate business in North Alabama since the early 1970’s. Pam joined her mother-in-law, Rosemary Nicastro, in real estate in 2001. After working for a small boutique brokerage for a few years, Pam moved to Keller Williams in 2008. Her focus is on marketing their Listings & negotiating contracts. She has served on the Agent Leadership Council at KW, the Finance Committee for the Huntsville Board of Realtors, is a Senior Real Estate Specialist & has taught numerous training classes at KW. Out of an office of over 200, NicastroGroup finished #1 in Production in 2017, closing 96 transactions. From Birmingham originally, Pam has a BS degree from Auburn University. She and Norm have been married for 37 years and have three children: Grace, Maddie and Mike.

I am a native of Huntsville and have been an active member of the community my whole life. Growing up, my family owned a local lumber company for almost 40 years. My husband and I currently own that business. My knowledge of this city, surrounding areas and the builders in Huntsville are a product of this business. I also have over 13 years of Interior Decorating experience that allows me to assist sellers with staging their homes and highlighting its potential! I am able to use these skills to educate buyers on how a property could function for their family and the potential it may have as an investment! I have been a realtor with Keller Williams for the past 7 years. I have been blessed to assist nearly 200 families with their real estate goals. I work full time as a real estate agent and I’m very passionate about the goals of my clients. Many of my clients are pleased with my services because I provide them with a full-service experience. I have thoroughly enjoyed helping Investors, First Timers, Empty Nesters, Relocators and many others achieve their dreams! My goal is to help people successfully create a home here in the Huntsville/Madison County area by educating, supporting and walking with them throughout the entire process until they have the keys in their hand.
