Jason Terry, realtor
Jason was born in Huntsville. He spent much of his youth growing up here but spent his middle and high school years in the suburbs of Atlanta. He relocated back to Huntsville in the nineties where he married his wife Gina. Jason loves how Huntsville has big city vibes yet it's small enough that you will run into a familiar face at local events. In 2010, He and Gina became the owners of City Lumber Company. Alongside his expertise of lumber and building materials he has extensive knowledge about land. This led him to become a Realtor and join Gina at Keller Williams Realty in 2020?. His favorite thing about the Real Estate business is hearing the excitement in his Client's voice when they have found their dream home or the perfect piece of land. After closing multiple land and house transactions, he and Gina officially became partners with The Nicastros in 2022. When he isn't at City Lumber or scouting potential properties for his Clients, you can find him hunting, clearing trail paths, traveling and spending time with his family. Jason and Gina have two children, Kaitlyn and Emma Reese, and one fur baby Elsa.
